5,000–10,000 square foot medical office move in Houston, TX — completed in 2 days.
Relocated a dermatology and laser surgery practice from 6400 Fannin St in the Texas Medical Center area to 1802 Binz St in Houston across a 3-phase, 2-day move. Managed 323 items — including 100+ pieces of medical equipment — with 95 crates, 30 Comp-U-Wraps, and 20 commercial bins across ~5 truckloads. Ceiling-mounted medical devices were deinstalled by certified installers, individually padded, and packed into designated containers. All medical cabinets, exam stools, medical carts, IV poles, gondolas, and laser equipment were bubble-wrapped and stretch-wrapped before transport.
Over 100 pieces of sensitive medical and laser equipment — including ceiling-mounted devices requiring specialized deinstallation — all needed to be carefully protected, transported, and reinstalled at the new practice without damage or calibration loss.
Executed a 3-phase plan: Phase 1 on Friday afternoon for pre-move preparation — deinstalling ceiling-mounted medical devices, padding and packing all equipment. Phase 2 at 5 PM loaded 3 trucks and staged everything at the new space. Phase 3 on Saturday morning with a full crew set up furniture and medical equipment room-by-room while installers reassembled ceiling-mounted devices. A final walkthrough confirmed every room was properly set up.
All 323 items — including 100+ pieces of medical equipment and ceiling-mounted laser devices — relocated, reinstalled, and fully operational at the new practice with zero damage.
